10 Curated Podcast Episodes About ADHD
I listen to podcasts ALL THE TIME. Here's a playlist of 10 of my favorite episodes about ADHD.
I’m someone who absolutely loves podcasts. If you know me well, you’ll know that my primary way of contributing to conversations on all kinds of topics begins with me saying, “you know, I heard on a podcast…” As a person with ADHD I love that I can move around while listening to podcasts which helps me stay focused, and that I can sometimes even enjoy the soul-crushing, dopamine-destroying, tedium of household chores when I’ve got a really engaging podcast queued up to listen to.
If you’re about to be traveling for the winter holidays, and have been meaning to brush up on your ADHD knowledge, this could be the perfect podcast playlist for you to enjoy in the plane, train, or car.
The common thread to the ten episodes I included is that of all the hundreds of podcast episodes I’ve listened to, these were the ones that made an impact, the ones that stayed with me, that I keep thinking of and referencing, and that shifted my way of thinking about ADHD.
Do you have a favorite podcast episode? I would love it if you’d share it in the comments!
